Chairman / Founder
Under Orrin’s direction OB Sports has grown into one of the most innovative and comprehensive teams. He has impacted all areas of the golf industry including playing the PGA Tour, managing clubs, and designing, constructing and operating new courses. Recognitions include PGA Professional of the Year, PGA Merchandiser of the Year, Bill Stausbaugh Award, Presidents Plaque, SNPGA Player of the Year, US Junior World Cup Team Captain and AJGA board.
Phil Green
Chief Operating Officer / Principal
Under his guidance, OB Sports has become one of the most respected management companies in the industry and has been recognized for operational excellence with best practices adopted throughout the industry. Phil oversees corporate affairs, long term plans and growth objectives. He is an industry leader with over 35 years experience. Recognitions include SWS PGA Golf Professional of the Year and inductions in the SWSPGA and AZ Golf Hall of Fame.
C.A. Roberts, III
President / Principal
Under his leadership, OB Sports has been consistently recognized as one of golf’s most creative, fastest growing and successful management firms. He oversees corporate communications, programs and long-term goals. He also focuses on client relations, industry networking and company growth. C.A. serves on the AJGA board of directors, an organization where he worked and helped establish as an industry leader prior to joining OB Sports in 1996.
Mike Conner
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mike joined via the Lyon Golf merger where he was President and partner. He conceptualized, owned and operated Eggery restaurants and was VP of Charthouse, Inc which ran 88 Cork n’ Cleaver restaurants.
Matt Molloy
Senior Vice President of Operations
Matt will oversee contracts and assist in development of new opportunities. He comes to the corporate office after a 12-year run as GM of the highly successful Sandia Golf Club in Albuquerque, NM.
Ryan Whitney
Senior Vice President of Operations
Ryan leads the Northwest Branch Office of OB Sports, overseeing all operations and business development for the region. Ryan will provide additional guidance and leadership to OB’s private clubs.
Luke Beardmore
Senior Vice President of Agronomy, Construction & Landscape
Luke leads the efforts of golf maintenance teams and takes great pride in providing playing conditions that all golfers can enjoy while embracing environmental sustainability and responsibility.
Jeff Schwinkendorf
Vice President, Construction & Renovation
Jeff oversees Casa Verde Golf, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OB Sports. Jeff provides oversight of all construction and project planning related activities within both Casa Verde Golf and OB Sports.
Kim Nelson
Director of Retail
Kim’s responsibilities include project buying, merchandising, national vendor agreements providing strong buying power, staff training, inventory control and overall design and décor of retail areas.
Joe Martin
Corporate Director of Food & Beverage
With more than two decades of experience managing operations at first-class facilities in the Southwest, Joe oversees all corporate food and beverage operations in the OB Sports portfolio.
